Why Leading as Lifeforce?
We are in the midst of the collapse of old systems and the birth of new ones, and more and more of us sense that eros is the force that can create the world we long for.
Not eros as a bedroom secret, or something that only comes alive in relation to a man. Eros as our creativity, our aliveness, our truth and our power. The very force that was split off, shamed and named the witch and the whore is the force this moment is calling back. As AI takes over everything the rational mind can do alone, what is truly created from eros is what will matter.
We feel the calling deeper than ever: it's time to let feminine leadership truly seduce the business world.
For most of us, work is where it's hardest to stay in contact — when stress hits, we lose it. The only way we know to make that contact our nervous system's new normal is to reconnect, again and again, with other turned-on women. And once a field is built between us, it carries the contact, even when one of us loses it.
So we invite you on a six-month journey where we guide and seduce you into your next level feminine leadership. From being in contact sometimes, under the right circumstances, to a constant, at least subtle contact with your eros and primal power, whatever is happening around you.
And from being depleted by the game of life, to mastering it — and even rewriting it.
The Journey
From a foundation or eros and power, an entirely new leadership becomes possible. This container is the space where you get both embodied experience and practical guidance on deepening your feminine leadership and inviting masculine energy in its full power.

Part 1 — Eros and Power Initiation: discovering the real game (months 1–2)
The first two months are a devotion to inhabiting your feminine intelligences fully. Feminine leadership begins in the body, in the pulse of pleasure. It cannot be performed, and it is never in service of anybody else. We awaken our erotic intelligence, cultivate a lush field of eros and help you unleash your erotic intelligence at work; living from pleasure and getting maximum turn-on from work. We will also root in our black panther: the primal power creating total congruence between what you say and what your body signals.
This is where we drop beneath the malignant, inflamed and addictive games of today's systems, and touch what lies underneath — eros at the centre of existence. From here, you will awaken and root yourself in the lushness of your own eros and power.

Part 2 — Eros and Power at Work: playing the game (months 3–4)
In the second part of the journey, once you are more firmly anchored in your erotic power, we deepen into how your lifeforce moves into the world: into your work and collaboration with the masculine. This is where you learn to play the game from eros and power. We will explore how your eros can call in the masculine that creates direction and clarity in line with life, and how your primal intelligence keeps everything true as the creating masculine steps into action. Without an embodied black panther, it's nearly impossible to have impact in a masculine business world. Standing clearly in your power lets the creating masculine relax and lean in and from here the game becomes a juicy surfing of creative tension.
You will learn to step into even the most eros-deprived contexts without losing yourself, and to seduce them from the inside. We uncover your most wild desires and outrageous asks, and the worthiness to make them of colleagues, clients and partners. This is also where we start integrating our inner masculine power. When you meet resistance, you practise alchemizing it — through playfulness and seduction, or by meeting counter-force with full primal black essence. Usually both.
Part 3 — Erotic Initiative Development: redesigning the game (months 5–6)
In the final part of the journey, we bring your eros and power into rearchitecting the initiatives you care about the most, in the right order of creation: eros first, everything else flowing from Her. We will help you integrate seductive eros and no-bullshit power with the deepest form of love; stepping into your bad ass, twinkle in the eye inner matriarch, crone and dominatrix of love. Because the true Dominatrix doesn't just play the game. She sets the scene, creates the circumstances and designs it all from the ground up, until truth, love, power and aliveness are unleashed in everyone who enters.
We will explore how to fully own this intuition to guide your initiatives. Become the matriarch who calls masculine energy to integrity, liberates creating masculine power constructively, and guides flow between archetypes, all while awakening women around you through magnetic turn-on, power, and wisdom. You will learn to understand the maturation journey of the masculine and feminine within your initiative, and to guide and design for each stage of it. This is the shift from trying to nurture and protect eros at work, to having eros as the very architecture of what you create.

Yes, please! How will it work?
For six months, we will journey together in an intimate group of maximum 12 women. Through initiation sessions, group coaching, embodiment practices, and intimate inquiry, you will awaken and root yourself in the lushness of your eros and power, and let feminine leadership take deeper hold in your life and work.
The structure of each part:
Each part will include:
Initiation Session (2.5h) — At the start of each part, we gather for a deep dive: initiation into the field, Lifeforce Leadership teaching, exploration of your context, and planting of intentions.
Embodiment and coaching sessions (2h every two weeks) — Each session blends 45 min of embodiment (meditation, breath, inquiry, movement) with teaching and group coaching.
Inquiry Calls (45 min, weekly) — You’ll pair up with another woman to practice deep inquiry, loosening ego patterns and awakening feminine essences in an intimate way.
Morning Practices — magnetic daily practices to anchor eros, aliveness, and feminine intelligences in your body and leadership.
To ensure enough space for each woman during the calls there will be maximum 12 women on the journey.
Embodiment and coaching sessions
After the initiation session we meet for 2 hours every two weeks
45 minutes each call will be dedicated to embodied practices. Through meditation, breathing, inquiry and dancing we will awaken our pleasure and power essences and come in deep contact with our body and power centers: our sexual center, eros, heart and our primal power.
The remaining time of the session will focus on teaching and emergent coaching in a group setting. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s unfolding in your leadership, and I will use the lens of Lifeforce Leadership to help you see beneath the surface, release blockages, and clarify your next steps. Group coaching brings a unique power of its own, listening as others are coached, witnessing their breakthroughs, and engaging with their reflections often sparks insights and clarity that you might not reach alone. The shared process deepens learning, accelerates growth, and strengthens your leadership in unexpected ways.
Meeting like this in a field of awakened women for six months will unlock doors to possibilities you may not yet have even let yourself dream of.
Inquiry calls
Between each call you will have two 45 min inquiry calls with one of the other women in the group. This practice of inquiry is designed to loosen one's ego structure and reconnect to one's essential states, where we will be focusing on awakening the feminine essences. This is your chance to get even deeper and more intimate with the themes we are working with.
Morning practice
As we move through different themes you will receive suggestions of daily practices that will support your journey of embodying the feminine essences and intelligences and awakening your eros and power. Daily embodiment is so key for feminine leadership, and our intention is to help you create pleasurable and flexible daily body-love rituals.
Possible Temptations Along the Way
Depending on what comes up for you on your journey and your appetite there is the possibility of inviting guest teachers.
Also, if there's desire, I will invite men from outside your contexts to join us for one session to practice your feminine leadership; dare to step in and be seen in your sacred seductress, practice making outrageous asks from men and to fully own your black panther in their presence.

Who are we?
I have created Lifeforce Leadership through devoting myself to awakening and unleashing both feminine and masculine leadership in business for the past ten years. First, four years on the management team of a billion-SEK company, where I learned to embody feminine leadership in the heat of corporate life. And then, for the past years, I’ve given myself fully to and devoted full-time to guiding women and men into the deepest, truest expression of their own power. I've realized that my unique gift as a teacher and coach is that I'm integrated in both my masculine and my feminine.
As a coach, I lean into my feminine, embodying her essences and awakening others through my own turn-on. I've devoted myself to the art of creating eros fields that spark the spiral of ignition between women. And when it comes to the sacred seduction of men, I have always carried a special gift for understanding them, and for inviting them to rise in their power to support us.
As a coach, I also lean on my inner masculine that has developed through 15 years of work with progressive, digital-age leadership and organizational development as consultant and leader. I'm one of the world's leading practitioners of Peter König's source principles and participate in an exclusive philosophical forum with the world's 300 foremost philosophers creating the philosophy needed to navigate the digital paradigm.
In my coaching my integrated masculine can both help you understand and articulate feminine leadership (for yourself and others), and hold space for and listen deeply to your eros to transform it into clear direction all the way to action.
In Lifeforce Leadership coaching I work on three levels with a rich palette of practices in each:
Liberate the inner: Shadow work to dissolve limiting ego structures where I work with practices like inquiry, projection reclamation and existential kink
Awaken the essences: Guiding the three feminine awakenings of eros, power and the mystical, through practices and wisdom rooted in nine years of daily embodiment and tantric devotion and the eros-initiation of many women as a dakini. My deepest teacher on this path has been Lovisa Alsén, whose Awakening Feminine Leadership path I also helped develop and clarify during eight years. I also draw on a vast sea of trainings with Mama Gena, Kasia Urbaniak, Layla Martin, Maya Luna and others.
From architecture to action: Translating these feminine forces into purposeful manifestation in service of eros, from vision and strategy to systems design and hands-on execution. Here I draw deeply on Bree Greenberg's The Movement of Existence and Tom Nixon’s implementation of the source principles, as well as my background as a C-suite executive and management consultant, supported by a double Master's degree in Management and in Engineering. I bring tools from many fields, such as Sociocracy 3.0 and Scrum, bridging deep inner work with systems designed for how eros and power want to move.
My unique gift is being able to both dive deep into the embodied and awaken you there, while simultaneously translating that life force into clear direction and action. It’s in this fertile space between worlds that I most love to work.
I've searched for other teachers and approaches that combine this feminine tantric depth with masculine manifestation in business, but haven't found any so far –– and that's why I've created Lifeforce Leadership. In my experience, it requires fully activated and awakened feminine and masculine energies for us to succeed in creating real eros-driven change, and that's what I teach.
My co-facilitator
In Leading as Lifeforce there are two of us. That means two ways into the work, more personal attention in a group of twelve, and someone always holding the field while the other leads. Between us and in how we work together, you’ll feel the potency of an awakened sisterhood, where eros and power spiral.
Hannah Vita holds a PhD and has been devoted to awakening her feminine leadership for the past seven years. It has been a wild ride, bringing eros and power into the somewhat dry walls of academia. She is also a yoga teacher and a mother of two, and knows how to lead from the body in the intensity of life. Hannah is one of the key contributors to the real-world application of Lifeforce Leadership, and a black panther solid support in creating and facilitating Leading as Lifeforce.
For years, we have been sense-making together, creating the new and bringing back old and lost feminine wisdom. Harvesting during long walks in the woods and then deepening with other women is one of the things we love most.

This path is about courageously exploring all of who you are, not only the tender or difficult parts, but also the most radiant, lush, and powerful expressions of you. Please note that while we will go deep together, this is not a group therapy space. This is not a program to heal trauma, and especially around sexual trauma, I advise you to seek support from specialised practitioners of trauma healing.

This journey is not for you if your aim is to subdue men or crush the patriarchy (though outplaying it is welcome 😉). This is a journey based on deep love for men and the masculine, and a willingness to explore what is getting in the way of that love.
